WMCCE in 2012

The WMCCE programme is set to continue in 2012 and the team plans to deliver targeted support that can continue to provide the regional construction industry with independent guidance and best practice support. A key thrust of WMCCE's current work is to help the regional industry understand the potential impact of the Government's Construction Strategy, its IGT Low Carbon Strategy and BIM (Building Information Modelling and Management).

Awards 2011 - Tony Wehby, Chair of JudgesThe Judging of the 2012 West Midlands Constructing Excellence Awards 2012 has now been completed after a great deal of deliberation between the judges. Finalists for the awards can be found on the individual award pages accessed here and on the Finalists Summary Page.

Celebrating Construction 2012 will take  place on 6th July 2012 at the ICC, in partnership with Birmingham City Council and CIOB. This includes presentations of the Birmingham City Council Built in Quality Awards and the Constructing Excellence Awards.
