KPI Benchmarking Forum

Organiser:
WMCCE
Venue:
Hotel Du Vin, Birmingham
Date:
21st Apr 2010
Time:
10:00 - 14:00
Summary:

This is an opportunity for Clients, Contractors and Consultants to get together to hear and discuss how, through the benchmarking of Key Performance Indicators, they are able to compare their performance (project and company) against their peers in the Construction Industry, nationally, regionally, and relating to specific sectors of the industry. Whether in a Demonstration Project environment or not, those measuring their KPIs will make themselves more aware of their performance, resulting in better performance, and movement towards Best Practice. Best Practice means better results for the client, and improvement and efficiency for all.

Let us compare notes and learn from each other!

This FREE event is a follow on to the KPI database launch held in November last year at Wolverhampton Science Park. We would encourage you to consider joining the benchmarking forum for "leading edge" practitioners to be held on a quarterly basis. The meetings will provide peer support in establishing and maintaining performance measurement systems to enable understanding and improved project and company performance.

The event will include short presentations by representatives from WMCCE, CCINW and Sandwell Homes together with informal question and answer sessions with attendees.

Who Should Attend: Local Authorities, Contractors. SME's , Large Organisations, Housing Association's, Architects, Demonstration projects, etc
