Business Improvement Programme

WMCCE provides business improvement programmes to help implement best practice and innovation, with or without funding. The programmes aim to help supply chains and companies increase productivity, improve business processes, implement innovative technologies, adopt best practice and train the workforce.

The locations of businesses assisted by WMCCE during its first phase (2005 - 2008) can be found on the Business Improvement Map page.

The programmes in business improvement, technology deployment and workforce development include the following:

  • Diagnostic review of your business operation.
  • Knowledge transfer and innovation assistance.
  • E-Newsletter/bulletins on best practice, business opportunities, knowledge transfer, workforce development opportunities, funding opportunities and regional events. To sign up to receive this information please email marketing@wmcce.org

WMCCE's programme of Business Improvement Themes is delivered in-house or through our construction related specialist Delivery Partners. Funded assistance is available as long as funds last through the "Building on Advantage" project funded by AWM / ERDF. "Building on Advantage" is Business Collaboration Network, funded in part by the Solutions for Business portfolio of publicly funded business support.
