WMCCE is pleased to announce that additional funds have been secured through the Regional Economic Taskforce to provide support for innovation for 12 businesses in the construction sector using the Innovation Voucher scheme, administered by Aston University.

Innovation is not just about product and technology but also the management of the innovation process. It is about doing things differently to improve effectiveness and/or efficiency.

The Innovation Voucher scheme aims to build links between universities and small or medium sized companies through creating a demand led approach to supporting innovation. SMEs have an opportunity to win one voucher worth £3,000 in this round which they can use to purchase specialist support from any of the universities in the West Midlands region.
