Another one of WMCCE’s special events designed as taster session for a very special and limited package deal available in early 2010. The breakfast briefing will last for around an hour and half and will give a high level over view of the business case for Renewable Energies within the context of the construction sector. The session is aimed at industry professionals with a vested interest in the field that are considering furthering their knowledge and may be interested in signing up to the full workshop in January 2010. Topics covered during the breakfast briefing will be:

 

  • The economics of renewable energy in the UK
  • Pros, cons and the practicalities of the technologies available:
    • Wind ,ground, hydro, solar, anaerobic digestion etc.
    • Important considerations when planning your projects
    • What to expect from the workshop, visit and survey report
