Summary: 

This workshop will provide you to understand how to handle difficult situations and prevent conflict and strategies on how to remain calm and in control and avoid unnecessary stress.

The workshop provides an excellent opportunity to explore:
To learn how to effectively use the power of communication to achieve a positive outcome
To understand the impact of ineffective dialogue
To understand why people react differently
Share ideas and practical tips, to use straight away

Registration - Please note all women working in the construction industry are welcome to attend. There is also the opportunity to join our V.I.P. membership scheme . With this scheme, V.I.P. members pay a minimal fee of £100 for priority access for up to 5 workshops of their choice over a registered 12 month period.
Please note that those delegates that register and fail to attend without giving 48 hours notice a nominal charge of £50 will be allocated without exception. For V.I.P. members, the penalty will be losing 1 out of the 5 available workshops. This is due to costs incurred for that place at the event.
