Summary: 

A range of techniques to improve confidence, identify your own communicating style and that of others, using language patterns and other techniques to enhance communication and build relationships.  Relevant where communicating in the right way is vital to success. This workshop provides an excellent opportunity to explore:

  • How to use a range of techniques to  communicate effectively and confidently
  • Identify your own communicating style and that of others using language patterns and other techniques to enhance communication and build relationships
  • Identifying the right way to communicate for success.

The approach is informal and highly participative with active discussion, exchange of ideas exercises and group work.
