Business Link West Midlands in association with North Staffordshire Chamber, WMCCE, Summit Skills, Build Up North Staffordshire & the Federation of Master Builders, will be holding a series of workshops which will offer tangible support and practical advice to owner managers and small organisations within the construction industry.
The 'Survive and Thrive' workshops cover essential construction specific business support, along with techniques on winning new business and important legislation changes.

The workshop will deliver practical advice on; implementing a marketing plan, strategic approaches to developing your business and help you understand how to tackle real health & safety issues (including asbestos), ensuring that your workforce deliver a better service.
