Summary: 

Business in the Community mobilises business for good. Its members commit to take action on the key issues of today, be they people or planet, and create a unique platform for collaborative action.

Speaker:
David Darlaston will tell us how to link people and the planet and how as leaders we can provide solutions to difficult problems in the battle against climate change.

David is Business in the Community (BITC) West Midlands Regional Director. With a background working with large plc’s, traders and micro businesses he has a wealth of knowledge focused in the West Midlands that has positively impacted on society in the workplace, marketplace, community and the environment.

He is a member of the Corporation of Stourbridge College and Chair of the Tipton Education Fund and Chair of Groundwork Black Country. David is also a member of the Regional Minister’s Task Group, Regional Economic Inclusion Panel and the Regional Equality and Diversity Partnership.
