WMCCE, in conjunction with CCINW, are launching a Benchmarking Forum:
 
The Aims
To help businesses understand their performance.
To support businesses implementing performance measurement systems.
 
The Benefits
This means you get help selecting appropriate KPI, finding performance data, reporting within a benchmarking tool and, crucially, acting on the data. And the benefits of this are
·   performance measurement process in place and data to support your tenders and win you work,
·   genuine drive to continuous improvement through efficiency savings and innovation, in areas ranging from cost and technology to community benefit,
·   support of your peers and CCI Performance Measurement Manager
 
How?
Use of the KPI Engine to benchmark your projects against the industry and peers in the West Midlands.
Quarterly meetings with peers to review performance, share ideas and plan improvements.

How much?
Free to attend this event. Come along learn more and sign up on the day.
£600 per organisation p.a. to cover the subscription to the KPI Engine and the facilitated meetings.
