Venue:

Date:
15th Jul 2010
Duration:
Morning
Time:
0830 - 1130
Summary:

The West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence (WMCCE) are keen to promote a subsidised package of support specifically designed to improve productivity in the social housing market. We have been running pilot projects over the past 18 months and have seen the benefits that the approach can
bring:

  • on-time repairs delivery to 99% with no cost increase
  • increases in right 1st time fixes from 50% to 90%Ÿ voids delivery time reduced by 30%

This event will showcase how these results have been achieved and how we can use the available funding to continue the success with other organisations based in the West Midlands region. Following recent confirmation of funding, we are able to offer a number of organisations and their supply chains subsidised support to drive best practice, improve productivity and up-skill their work-force through a formal National Vocational Qualification in Business Improvement Techniques.
