In April 2010 a predictable support mechanism - a feed-in tariff (FIT) - was introduced to incentivise small scale low carbon electricity generation by householders, communities and businesses. In 2011 the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme will incentivise the generation of renewable heat at all levels of production. Delegates attending this seminar will learn about accessibility, eligibility, standards and tariff payments associated with these schemes and whether they can supply their energy demands in a sustainable and financially attractive manner.
