We discuss the new Charter signed by seven metropolitan borough councils (Birmingham, Sandwell, Dudley, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Walsall) on 10th October 08. Signatories to the Charter included an elected member from each the councils together with the respective head of property services. The signing was attended by approximately 140 guests from the construction industry.
