

The West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence (WMCCE) has released a report on current practice in public sector procurement and highlighted how best practice in the West Midlands can boost involvement of construction SMEs in publicly funded construction contracts, to provide a much needed stimulus to the economic development of the region.
WMCCE, as well as working in close association with Constructing Excellence nationally, is a member of the Constructing Excellence Network, formerly the Built Environment Improvement Network.
CEN is a regional network for a safe, sustainable and continuously improving Built Environment Sector, sharing knowledge, innovating together, and working in an integrated and effective manner.
